PRIVACY NOTICE

How we handle your data.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Who we are

Lynn Duys Skin Method, Stevinstraat 190, 2587 ET Den Haag, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at info@ldskinmethod.com.

What this website collects

This website does not collect personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which include your IP address, for security purposes. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Booking an appointment

When you click “Book now”, you leave this website and go to our online booking system, Clinicminds. The details you enter there are processed by Clinicminds on our behalf, so that we can schedule and confirm your appointment.

Our former waitlist

Before booking opened, you could leave your email address on this website to be notified. We use that list once, to announce that booking is open. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it with anyone. The list is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account (Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and acts as our processor). We delete the list within 30 days after the announcement. You can ask us to remove your address earlier at any time.

We process these addresses on the basis of the consent you gave when you signed up (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ldskinmethod.com. We will respond within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Automated decision-making

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not build profiles.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. Since this website only exists until our full website launches, we do not expect changes before then.
